Training Material

PBISAz Manual The PBISAz Training manual, second edition, will assist teams in establishing universal systems of PBIS.
AzSET: Arizona School Evaluation Tool The AzSET is used to assess your school system for PBIS readiness. It is usually completed by the implementation team at the beginning of the school year and then again for continuous improvement.
Implementation Checklist This checklist is used to assess if a school is imlementing PBIS with fidelity. Exemplary Schools are defined as meeting at least 14/16 indicators on this checklist.
Definitions of Office Discipline Referrals This document lists and defines disipline violations so that referral forms are completed consistently across all staff members.
